N、P、K元素对苹果炭疽叶枯病菌的影响

摘    要:为明确N、P、K元素对苹果炭疽叶枯病菌的影响,研究了不同浓度NaNO3、NaH2PO4、KCl对炭疽叶枯病菌的影响。结果表明:3种药剂提供的不同浓度的N、P、K元素对病菌既有抑制作用,又有促进作用。①5 g/L的N元素处理抑制效果最好,抑制率为29.49%。②1 g/L的P元素处理对病菌有轻微抑制作用,抑制率为2.56%。③37 g/L的K元素处理对病菌有一定抑制作用,抑制率为5.13%。④5 g/L的K元素处理对病菌的促进作用最高。⑤5 g/L的N+1 g/L的P和5 g/L的N+37 g/L的K组合对病菌抑制效果较好。整体数据来看,3种元素不同浓度处理对炭疽叶枯病菌的影响效果差异大,N整体抑制效果明显大于P、K的抑制效果,N+P和N+K的组合抑制效果较好。

Effects of N、P、K on Apple Anthracnose Leaf Blight
Abstract:In order to clarify effects of different concentrations of N,P,K on proliferation efficiency of apple anthracnose leaf blight fungus,various concentrations of NaNO3,NaH2PO4 and KCl were used to treat apple bacillus anthracis.The bacterial colony size and growth were observed.Results showed that,the N,P and K elements provided by different concentrations of the agents had both inhibitory and promoting effects on the pathogen.①5 g/L treatment of N elements had the best inhibitory effect on leaf blight of apple anthrax,and inhibitory rate was 29.49%.② Among the P elements,concentration of 1 g/L had the best inhibitory effect on leaf blight of apple anthrax(2.56%).③37 g/L K element treatment had a certain inhibitory effect on bacteria,and inhibition rate was 5.13%.④ 5 g/L K element treatment had the highest promoting effect on pathogen.⑤ N of 5 g/L+P of 1 g/L and N of 5 g/L+ K of 37 g/L had better effect on constraining bacterial growth.Overall data showed that,effects of different concentrations of three elements on bacillus anthracis were significantly different.Overall inhibitory effect of N was significantly greater than that of P and K.The group of N+P or N+K were better way to restrain bacterial growth.
