| 摘 要： | 20世纪30年代，中国农村日益破产，为挽救农村危机，南京国民政府成立农村复兴委员会，倡导农村复兴运动。聚集在《独立评论》周围的自由派学人把关注的目光投向农村，在清醒地认识农村破产现状的基础上，对农村破产原因进行理性分析，探索农村复兴道路，提出一系列复兴农村的见解和主张，形成比较系统的农村复兴思想。他们的探索和主张对当时的农村复兴运动产生了重要的影响。

| Abstract: | Investment efficiency is partly contrained by adjustment of monetary policy. Monetary policy greatly influences investment efficiency with its effects on investment opportunities and financing constraints. Using the data from listed companies, the study finds that there is significant relations between monetary policy and investment efficiency of firms. With loose monetary policy, there is higher investment efficiency, and the ownership nature and the location of firms also have certain effect. The conclusion contributes to understanding the mechanism of the effect of monetary policy on investment efficiency,and thus helps us to evaluate the effect of monetary policy. |
