薯类农产品保质减损精准控制关键技术研究

摘    要:薯类农产品由于收获、储藏不当和表面损伤易侵染病虫害,致使发生腐败和变质,严重地损害了农户的经济利益。本文以粮菜兼用型的马铃薯和甘薯为介绍对象,主要研究薯类农产品的品种品质筛选及食用、储藏品质评价,开发适宜不同产量规模的薯类农产品采后预处理、品质快速检测分级技术与装备,以及在线监测、库内区域品质预警系统;研发快速供给市场的定量预包装产品及其储藏技术,形成薯类农产品的品质评价、分级包装与精准储藏技术和设施装备,建立产品健康性品质评价标准体系。

Abstract:Due to improper harvest, storage and surface damage, potato agricultural products are easy to infect diseases and insect pests, resulting in corruption and deterioration, which seriously damages the economic interests of farmers. This paper introduces potato and sweet potato, studies the variety quality selection and storage quality evaluation, develops the technologies and equipment for post-processing and rapid quality testing, on-line monitoring and regional quality warning and storage system; develops quantitative pre-packaged products and storage technologies rapidly supplied to the market, forms the quality evaluation, grading packaging and accurate storage technology and facilities of potato agricultural products, and establishes the product health quality evaluation standard system.
