节能环保型生物质热风炉结构设计

摘    要:针对现有热风炉存在热效率低、燃烧不充分和污染环境等问题,设计了一种节能环保型生物质热风炉,主要包括给料系统、燃烧系统、换热系统、除尘系统、箱体及控制部分。该节能型生物质热风炉能连续提供恒温、恒压和无尘的热空气,废热烟气排放无污染,可用于干燥和采暖,应用前景广泛。

Abstract:Existing hot blast stove has some problems such as low thermal efficiency,incomplete combustion and environmental pollution and so on.In view of these problems,an environmental protection and energy-conservation hot blast stove was designed,which mainly included design of feeding system,combustion system,heat exchange system,dust removal system,box and control part.This new type biomass hot blast stove could continuously supply clean hot air which was constant temperature,constant pressure and dustless,and discharge pollution-free waste heat gas.The design could be used for drying and heating,and which has a broad application prospect.
