摘    要:鉴于2019年我国兽用抗菌药使用量的反弹与2015—2019年兽用中药市场规模(销售额)总体处于萎缩的趋势等情况,在对抗生素滥用的简单化认识误区及其不可替代性进行分析探讨的基础上,提出了转变科学观念,正确认识与合理应用抗生素的看法。同时提出在抗生素使用方面的辨证与辨病相结合、促进“减抗”行稳致远的3点建议:⑴走出单一禁限与替代的误区,通过合理应用来“减抗”;⑵重视辨证与辨病相结合,让抗生素合理应用有法可依;⑶加强新观念人才培养与培训,促进“减抗”行稳致远。

Abstract:Considering the rebound of the use of veterinary antimicrobial drugs in 2019, and the overall shrinking trend of the market size (sales) of veterinary traditional Chinese medicine in 2015—2019, and on the basis of the analysis and discussion of the simple misunderstanding of antibiotic abuse and its irreplaceable nature, this paper put forward three suggestions: ⑴to get out of the misunderstanding of single prohibition and substitution and reduce resistance through rational application; ⑵pay attention to syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, so that the rational use of antibiotics can be based on the law; ⑶strengthen the training of new concept talents and promote feed antibiotic reduction to develop steady and far.
