| 摘 要： | 卓越农林人才培养要充分协同各级平台资源,协同创新团队和企业精英骨干,协同创新中心科研项目和企业研发任务,构建卓越农林人才协同培养机制。该文以大学-产业-政府的三螺旋理论和哈肯的协同论作为协同培养机制的理论基础,并结合湖南农业大学卓越农林人才培养实践,详细介绍了卓越农林人才协同培养的运行模式和培养机制。

| Abstract: | Cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents needs to fully cooperate with platform resources at all levels，cooperate with innovation teams and enterprise elite backbones，and participate in scientific research projects of innovation center and enterprise R & D projects.Based on the three helix theory of university-industry-government and Haken's synergism as theoretical basis of synergetic training mechanism，operation mode and training mechanism of synergetic training of excellent agricultural and forestry talents were introduced in detail in combination with training practice of Hunan Agricultural University. |
