| 摘 要： | 陕北矿区土地污损浪费严重，利用土体有机重构方法对试验矿区耕作层进行构建，通过土地整治工程措施建设农田，实现生态恢复。以陕西省神木县孙家岔镇排界村土地开发项目为例，系统阐述矿区耕作层构建技术的推广实施，对陕北矿区治理有参考意义。

| Abstract: | Soil pollution and waste was serious in the mining area of northern Shaanxi province.Topsoil in experimental mining area was constructed by using method of soil organic reconstruction.Construction of farmland was done through land improvement engineering measures and ecological restoration was achieved.Taking land development project of Paijie village，Sunjiacha town，Shenmu county as an example，popularization and implementation of topsoil construction technology in mining area was systematically expounded，which had reference significance for mining area management in northern Shaanxi. |
