摘    要:利用不同种质的特性进行人工杂交是作物创新育种的主要途径。用具有抗除草剂的谷子材料作父本与其它不抗除草剂的材料作母本通过简易杂交法和直接配对法进行人工杂交,其后代鉴定简便准确,既简化了杂交方法,又提高了真杂种率,是快速获得新种质(品系)的有效技术。通过其技术获得的抗除草剂新品种进行推广种植,拓宽了谷田使用除草剂的范围,提高了杀草种类,简化了栽培管理。因此,此技术具有极高的应用价值和推广意义。

Abstract:By using the different germplasm characteristics,the artificial hybridization is the main method for innovation of the crop breeding.The artificial hybridization between the herbicide-resistant millet parent and other non-herbicide-resistant parent was conducted by simple hybridization and direct pairing method, which not only simplified the hybridization method, but also improved the true hybrid rate, it was an effective technique for rapidly obtaining new germplasm (strains).The new herbicide-resistant varieties bred by this technique were popularized, which could widen the use of herbicides in grain fields, and could improve the variety of herbicides and simplify the cultivation and management.Therefore, this technology is highly valuable in application and promotion.
