摘    要:“互联网+”时代背景下,将微课教学模式应用于高职食品安全类课程是可行的,在微课 教学模式实施过程中,需要根据课程特点,明确微课制作目标,采用合适的微课制作方法,开展有 效的微课教学模式,提高教学质量。

Abstract:Under the background of "Internet +", it is feasible to apply the micro-course teaching mode to the vocational food safety course. During the implementation of the micro-course teaching mode, it is necessary to clarify the micro-course production goals according to the characteristics of the course and adopt the appropriate micro- course production method, develop effective micro- course teaching mode to improve teaching quality.
