| 摘 要： | 采用IBA,ABT,NAA对丁香插穗进行处理,分析不同激素对丁香扦插生根特性的影响。结果表明,IBA处理硬枝插穗生根特性效果最佳,生根率最大值达到了84.63%;NAA处理嫩枝插穗生根效果最好,生根率最大值达93.32%。

| Abstract: | Cuttings of Syzygium aromaticum were treated by IBA, ABT and NAA, and the effect of different hormones on rooting characteristics of S. aromaticum were analyzed. The results showed that IBA had the best effect on the rooting of hard cuttings, with the rooting rate 84. 63 % ; NAA had the best effect on the rooting of greenwood cutting, with the rooting rate 93.32% . |
