Abstract: 36 strains Escherichin coli were isolated and obtained from 7 pig farms in XiangFan. Through the bacterial colony and bacteria morphological observation, biochemistry reaction and animal experiment, the bacteria was identified as pathogenic E. coli.The drug sensitivity test was performed by disk diffusion method. The results showed susceptibility rate to Amikaain, Florfenicol, Gentamycin, Mequindox, Neomycin was 81％, 42％, 39％,33％,31%,repectively;resistance rate to Amoxicillin, Chloromycetin, Terramycin, Kanamycin, Gentamycin was 86％, 72％, 56％, 47％, 47％,respectively. According to above results, Amikacin was the most susceptible drug to against pathogenic E.coli, and Florfenicol was the secondary choice.
