Abstract: 36 strains Escherichin coli were isolated and obtained from 7 pig farms in XiangFan. Through the bacterial colony and bacteria morphological observation, biochemistry reaction and animal experiment, the bacteria was identified as pathogenic E. coli.The drug sensitivity test was performed by disk diffusion method. The results showed susceptibility rate to Amikaain, Florfenicol, Gentamycin, Mequindox, Neomycin was 81%, 42%, 39%,33%,31%,repectively;resistance rate to Amoxicillin, Chloromycetin, Terramycin, Kanamycin, Gentamycin was 86%, 72%, 56%, 47%, 47%,respectively. According to above results, Amikacin was the most susceptible drug to against pathogenic E.coli, and Florfenicol was the secondary choice.
