以经过2年田间接种鉴定发病率呈梯度分布的18份玉米自交系为试验材料,研究苗期接菌条件下可溶性糖含量及过氧化物酶活性与田间发病率的关系。结果表明:在15℃/25℃(黑/白天)变温、1%土壤接菌条件下,幼苗可溶性糖含量与田间发病率间存在极显著的正相关(R=0.824 1),二者的一元线性回归方程为y=0.151 8x+15.753,卡方拟合检验效果好;幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)活性与田间发病率间虽然呈极显著的正向相关(R=0.895 8),一元线性回归方程为y=32.419x+2 245.008,但卡方拟合检验效果差。

Eighteen maize inbred lines were studied in this paper, the relationship between the sugar content and the active of POD was analyzed by inoculating in seeding, it showed the correlation was obviously between sugar content and incidence rate in field under the condition of 15℃/25℃ and inoculating with head smut of 1% contenting, the correlation coefficient was 0.824 1, the regression equation was y=0.151 8x+15.753, Chi-square test fitting achieved better results. Although the linear correlation between the active of POD and incidence rate in field was obviously(R=0.895 8), the regression equation was y=32.419x+2 245.008 Chi-square test were fitting poor results.
