以植物中主要具有防御功能的8种酚酸作为对照,采用高效液相色谱法测得玉米叶片中主要含有香草酸、咖啡酸、丁香酸及香豆酸4种酚酸类化合物。选择Hypersil ODS C18为色谱柱,乙腈-水体系为流动相,梯度洗脱,各酚酸实现有效分离。香草酸、咖啡酸、丁香酸和香豆酸4种酚酸类化合物在0~57.3 g/mL、0~95.1 g/mL、0~28.8 g/mL和0~47.7 g/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数大于0.999。加标回收率分别为101.2%~115.1%、88.7%~97.0%、106.5%~112.7%和96.8%~102.7%。在测定浓度范围内,该方法准确、可靠,可用于玉米等植物叶片中酚酸类化合物的分析测定。

Used the main eight kinds of phenolic acids with plant-defensive function as a control,and a high performance liquid chromatography to detected the leaves of corn that containing vanillic acid, caffeic acid, syringic acid and coumaric acid. Four compounds were successfully separated on a Hypersil ODS C18 analytical column using a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water with gradient elution. Four phenolic acids exhibited good linear relationship in the concentrations ranging 0 - 57.3 g/mL, 0 - 95.1 g/mL, 0 - 28.8 g/mL and 0 - 47.7 g/mL, with the correlation coefficient higher than 0.999. Their recoveries were 101.2% - 115.1%,88.7% - 97.0%,106.5% - 112.7% and 96.8% - 102.7%, respectively. It could be seen that within the linear range, the method was accurate and reliable. Therefore, it could be used for determine the phenolic acids in the leaves of corn.
