[目的]研究牡丹开花和衰老期间活性氧含量和清除活性氧酶类活性的变化情况.[方法] 测定"洛阳红"和"胡红"2个牡丹品种开花和衰老过程中花瓣膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧自由基(O2-)、过氧化氢(H2O2)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(AsA-POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,并采用简单相关分析、逐步回归分析和通径分析等方法研究MDA含量与其他指标的关系.[结果] 牡丹开花和衰老过程中,花瓣MDA增加导致细胞膜透性持续升高,2个牡丹品种花瓣脂质过氧化代谢有一定差异."洛阳红"花瓣中O2-、H2O2含量与MDA含量呈极显著的正相关,"胡红"花瓣中O2-含量与MDA呈显著正相关.O2-对细胞膜脂过氧化有较大的正向直接效应,而H2O2、AsA-POD、CAT和PPO在2个牡丹品种中的效应表现不同.[结论] 牡丹开花和衰老的过程是膜脂过氧化加剧引起细胞膜损伤的过程,O2-是影响牡丹开花和衰老过程中花瓣内膜脂过氧化作用的最主要因素. |

Correlation analysis of lipid peroxidation metabolism during florescence and flower senescence of peony |

【Objective】 The paper studied the changes of active oxygen species(AOS) and related enzymes activities in petal during different stages of two peony tree cultivars.【Method】 The O2- production rate,H2O2 content,superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),ascorbate peroxidase(AsA-POD),catalase(CAT) and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and MDA content of petal of two tree peony cultivars‘Luoyanghong’and ‘Huhong ’during florescence and flower senescence were detected by the methods of conuentional biochemistry.The relationships among MDA content and others index were analyzed by the simple correlation coefficient,stepwise regression and the path-coefficient.【Result】 The results showed that a rapid accmulation of MDA content induced continue to increase petal cell membrance permeability during florescence and flower senescence,there were some differences of lipid peroxidation metabolisam in ‘Luoyanghong’and ‘Huhong’.Significantly positive correlation existed between O2- production and H2O2 and MDA content in ‘Luoyanghong’,so did between O2- production and MDA content in ‘Huhong’.Also,O2- production had positivl amost direct effect on MDA content,but other main factors as H2O2,AsA-POD,CAT and PPO had different effect on two peony trees.【Conclusion】 The active oxygen turned into imbalance resulting in lipid peroxidation during florescence and flower senescence of two peony trees.It implied that O2- production was the key factor affecting the membrane lipid peroxidation metabolism in two peony trees during florescence and flower senescence. |
