| 城市河流水环境建设是城市规划与城市建设的一个重要组成部分，随着我国城市化的快速发展。城市居民的生活环境质量开始下降，尤其是体现在城市河流水环境的恶化方面。针对这一现象，本研究简述了城市河流水环境的含义、构成及功能，并通过对国外河流建设的介绍及对我国城市河流水环境建没现状的分析。提出了我国城市河流水环境综合规划治理的原则与措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| The comprehensive plan and government of water environment of city rivers is an important part of city plan and construction in China. With rapid development of urbanization,the living and environment quality of city residents become lower ,which is shown especially in the worsening of water environment of city rivers, so the article simply introduced the meaning,composing and function of water environment of city river. After introducing the construction of foreign city rivers and analysing water environment of China city rivers,the principles and measures were put forward of the comprehensive plan and government of water environment of city rivers in China. |
