中文摘要:对鸵鸟蛋的蛋形指数、蛋重、初生重、雏鸵鸟生长情况等多项数据进行相关回归分析。结果表明:①蛋形指数在0.81~0.89范围内,蛋重在1301~1700 g范围内鸵鸟蛋的孵化效果显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);②鸵鸟初生重(Y)与蛋形指数(X1)、蛋重(X2)间均呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.0903(P<0.05)、0.7567(P<0.01),拟合的回归方程为Y=-105.589+109.166X1+0.606X2(n=250,R=0.8265,P<0.01);③4周龄体重(Y)与蛋重(X1)、出生重(X2)、1周龄体重(X3)、2周龄体重(X4)、3周龄体重(X5)之间均呈显著性正相关(P<0.01)相关系数分别为0.3520、0.4460、0.6994、0.8284、0.8311,拟合的回归方程为Y=736.278+0.180X1-0.311X2-0.057X3+0.164X4+0.991X5(n=42,R=0.8734,P<0.01);④孵化过程中的失水率与蛋重呈不显著性负相关(P>0.01),说明孵化过程中的失水率对蛋重没有直接的影响。经统计分析得出最佳失水率,第一次照蛋时失水率为5.95%±1.83%,第二次照蛋时失水率为3.82%±1.26%,第三次照蛋时失水率为3.56%±1.17%,落盘时失水率为1.71%±0.71%,全期总失水率为14.01%±3.61%时,其孵化效果最好。 |

Preliminary Study on Different Breeding Parameters of the High Production of Ostriches |

Abstract:Study the egg-shape index, the egg weight, the body weight of newly hatched offspring and the growth condition of the Ostriches in this test.Statistic and correlation analysis were carried out between different parameters.The outcome indicated: ①when the egg-shape index and the egg weight ranging from 0.81-0.89,1301-1700g respectively, the hatching effect is significant higher than the other groups(P<0.05),② The body weight of newly hatched offspring(Y),the egg-shape(X2),and the egg weight are significantly positive correlation, the correlation coefficient are 0.0903(P<0.05),0.7567(P<0.01) respectively.The fitted regression equation is Y=-105.589+109.166X1+0.606X2(n=250,R=0.8265,P<0.01);③The weight of 4th week-age(Y),the egg weight (X1),The body weight of newly hatched offspring (X2),weight of the 1st week-age(X3),weight of the 2nd week-age(X4),weight of the 3rd week-age(X5)are significant positive correlatio (P<0.01),the correlation coefficient are 0.3520, 0.4460, 0.6994,0.8284,0.831 respectively, The fitted regression equation is Y=736.278+0.180X1-0.311X2-0.057X3+0.164X4+0.991X5(n=42,R=0.8734,P<0.01);④The weight loss rate and the egg weight during the incubation are insignificant negative correlation(P<0.01),It‘s illustrated that there is no direct influence on the weight loss rate and egg weight during the incubation.We can get the optimal weight loss through statistic analysis, the weight loss rate is 5.95%±1.83% while the first candling eggs, 3.82%±1.26%the second candling eggs, 3.56%±1.17% the third candling eggs, and 1.71%±0.71%while the fourth candling eggs, When the total weight loss rate is 14.01%±3.61% in whole incubation, we can achieve the best hatching effect. |
