中文摘要:辣椒碱是辣椒果实中的主要呈辣物质,它是一种极度辛辣的香草酰胺类生物碱,因其在工农业生产上有重要的应用价值而研究非常活跃。笔者介绍了辣椒碱的理化性质、代谢生理、提取、分析测定以及抗菌杀虫作用等方面的研究现状及进展,并提出了今后的研究重点。 |

Abstract:Capsaicin is the essential pungent substance in the fruit of capsicum.It is a kind of very pungent vanilla-amide alkaloid.Because it is worthy in agriculture and industry,the research on it is flourishing.The paper was put on research summarization of capsaicin concerning its physical and chemical characteristics,biosyn thesis,extraction,analysis,determination,an ti-microbial and insecticidal effect.The focal point and direction in the future were also discussed. |
