中文摘要:将龙竹粉在160、170、180、190和200 ℃下分别进行微波辅助水热处理与高温高压水热处理以制备低聚木糖,反应时间为45 min,反应所用固液质量比为1∶10。2种反应均在180 ℃时获得最大低聚木糖产率,分别为31.4%(微波辅助法)和27.8%(水热法)。而微波辅助法相较于传统水热法具有低聚木糖得率高、反应加热效率快等优点,且产生的单糖和糖的降解产物较少,有利于低聚木糖的应用,表明微波水热法是一种快速、高效的制备低聚木糖的方法。 |

Microwave-assisted Treatment of Bamboo for the Production of Xylo-oligosaccharides |

Abstract:Bamboo powder was hydrolyzed by using microwave-assisted treatment and hydrothermal treatment at 160,170,180,190 and 200 ℃ for 45 min with the solid/liquid ration of 1∶10 for the production of xylo-oligosaccharides.Both reactions obtained the highest xylo-oligosaccharides yields at 180 ℃,in which microwave-assisted treatment of 31.4% and hydrothermal treatment of 27.8%.Comparing to the traditional hydrothermal treatment,microwave-assisted treatment is more efficient for the production of xylo-oligosaccharides with less generation of monosaccharides and sugar degradation products,indicating that microwave-assisted treatment is a desire methods for xylo-oligosaccharides manufacture. |
