| 中文摘要:应用建立的ELISA方法和常规的AGID方法对人工感染OPPV的试验羊进行抗体水平动态检测,结果表明,ELISA较AGID敏感性高、特异性好。通过颈静脉途径接种2个月后,可出现ELISA阳性反应(3/5),而通过气管接种为1个月(2/2);相对来讲AGID阳性出现的时间要迟2～5个月,很难检出低水平的抗体。ELISA检测结果较稳定,OD值始终在阳性范围波动并呈上升趋势。而AGID检测结果不稳定,感染前期出现不规则的阴、阳或可疑交替反应。由于ELISA法能在感染早期检测出抗体并优于常规的AGID法,建议今后从国外引进种羊和国内种羊调运时应用ELISA方法进行OPP病的检疫。 |

| Detection of Serum Antibody from Sheep Experimentally Infected with OPPV |

| Abstract:Astudy was conducted to compare the ELISA test with the conventional AGID test to detect the serum antibody from sheep experimentally infected with OPPV.The result showed that the ELISA test is more sensitive and specific than AGID test.The ELISA showed a positive-response for 3 of the 5 sheep inoculated by the intravenous route after 2 months of postinoculation,but 2 of the 2 sheep inoculated by the route of int rat rachea were seroconverted after 1 month of postinoculation.The AGID detected antibody at the time of 2～5 months after the ELISA,and it was very difficult to detect the specific antibody at lower level.How ever,the result detected by ELISA was very stable,the OD value was always fluctuating at the range of positive-response and snowed an increasing tendency gradually with the time up to the end of the experiment.In relatively,the result detected by AGID test was not stable,the fluctuations in antibody levels unregularly showed positive,negative and suspect response respectively in the early period of post inoculation.It is recommended that the ELISA test be proved to be far superior t o the conventional AGID test for diagnosis of OPP or meadi-visna and should be used especially when quarantine stations to test sheep being imported into the country and also for the movement of sheep within the country. |
