中文摘要:采用氮流动连续分析仪对长期定位试验地土壤脲酶活性进行了分析,结果表明:脲酶总量、动力学参数和热力学参数均证明,施有机肥对土壤脲酶活性特征的影响远大于单施化肥和不施肥土壤,在各处理中脲酶的Vmax、Vmax/Km、k、F0值均最大,Ea、ΔH和ΔG则最小。 |

Effect of Organic Fertilizer on the Characteristics of Soil Urease |

Abstract:Soil urease activities in long-term fertilizer trials were determined by Flow-Continual-Nitrogen-Analyser(FCNA) made in British.The results showed as follows:Effect of organic fertilizer on soil urease characteristics was far more than that of signal chemical fertilizer and no-fertilizer from total amount of urease,urease kinetic and thermodynamic parameters.In all treatments,soil ureases of organic fertilizer had the highest values of Vmax、Vmax/Km、k and F0,but the smallest values of Ea、△H and △G. |
