中文摘要:室内生测及田间药效试验结果表明,5%抗蚜威醇溶液对菜缢管蚜、桃蚜、麦长管蚜和绣线菊蚜表现出明显毒杀作用, 且具有明显的选择毒性,对麦长管蚜毒力最高,对绣线菊蚜毒力最低,LC50值分别为4.5715mg/L 和73.7549mg/L;与50%抗蚜威可湿性粉剂相比,其对菜缢管蚜和绣线菊蚜有极显著的增效作用, 增效比值分别为411.55和850.39。田间18.75~37.5g(ai)/hm2、45~90g(ai)/hm2及9.3756g(ai)/hm2剂量下,对菜缢管蚜、桃蚜和麦长管蚜7d的防效分别为97.4%~99.4%、90.2%~95.5%和92.2%~97.4%,均与50%抗蚜威可湿性粉剂防效相当,防治费用降低1/3以上。

Effectiveness Trail of Pirimicarb 5% Alcohol Solution on Several Aphids
Abstract:The results of laboratory and field experiments showed that pirimicarb 5% alcohol solution had significant effect on Rhopatosiphum pseudobrassicae, Myzus persicae, Macrosiphum avenae and Aphis sp iraeccla. It had markedly selective toxicity to the fouraphids, and the maximum to Macrosiphum avenae and minimum to Aphis sp iraeccla, whose LC50 were 4.5715 mg/L and 73.7549 mg/L, respectively. Compared with pirimicarb 50% WP, it had much markableaction of synergism on Rhopatosiphum pseudobrassicae and Aphis spireaccla, and the synergicratios were 411.55 and 850.39 respectively. Applied at the dosage of 18.75~37.5 g(ai)/hm2, 45~90 g(ai)/hm2 and 9.375~18.75 g(ai)/hm2 in field later 7 days, the effects on Rhopatosiphum pseudobrassicae, Myzus persicae and Macrosiphum avenae were 97.4%~99.4%, 90.2%~95.5% and 92.2%~ 97.4%, respectively , being equivalent to the effect of pirimicarb 50% WP, but the cost was only 3/10~6/10 of the later's.
