中文摘要:对采自陕西定边、靖边和渭南的59个土样进行了土壤离子、养分及pH的测定,并对微生物的三大区系进行了分离计数,结果表明,三个采样地点中微生物数量的变化不大;不同盐渍土类型影响微生物的生态分布,复合盐土比单一盐土中微生物的数量多,碱土中放线菌的数量较多;随着土壤盐渍化程度的增加,土壤微生物的数量呈明显下降趋势;随着季节的变化,土壤微生物的数量也呈明显变化;随着土壤层次的加深,土壤中真菌和细菌数量减少,且幅度较大,放线菌的数量减少的幅度较小。 |

Primary Study on Microorganism Ecology in Saline-alkali Soil of Shaanxi Province |

Abstract:This experiment was designed to study the microor ganism distribution and the effect of soil factors.Microbe amount and soilion,nutrient and pH of 59 soil samples from Ding bian,Jingbian and Weinan of saline-alkali soil in Shaanxi province were measured.The results showed that micro be quantity of three plothad no significant differentce;different soil type had effect on microbe distribution,the quantity of microor ganism in complex saline-alkali soil is greater than in single saline-alkali soil,in alkali soil the quantity is greater;as soil pickled degree increased,the quantity of microorganism decreased significantly;in different season,soil microbe had different quantity;with the depth increase the quantity offungi and bacteria had significant reduction,actinomycetes decreased little. |
