中文摘要:通过对陕西茶区典型茶园茶叶样品和土壤样品的采集,分析不同地区茶园茶叶和土壤水溶性氟含量,并对其主要影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:茶叶老叶、新叶氟含量分别为523.79~978.46 mg/kg、31.15~78.60 mg/kg;不同茶园及不同叶龄茶叶氟含量均有较大的差异;茶叶氟含量随着叶龄的增长而增加,与土壤理化性质的关系不明显,老叶氟与土壤水溶性氟正相关,新叶氟与土壤水溶性氟负相关;土壤水溶性氟与土壤pH负相关,与土壤有机质含量正相关。

Fluoride Content in Tea Leaf and Its Influence Factors in Shaanxi Province
Abstract:The experiment was carried out to analyze the water soluble fluoride in tea leaves and soil collected from different tea gardens and its influence factors. The results showed that the content of fluoride was about 523.79-978.46 mg/kg in old tea leaves, and about 31.15-78.60 mg/kg in young tea leaves. There were some differences in fluoride contents in different tea gardens and different ages of tea. Fluoride content in the tea leaves increased with leaf aging, but did not significantly depend on the soil property. The content of fluoride in ole tea leaves was positive related with the content of soluble fluoride in soils, and fluoride content in young tea leaves was negative related with soluble fluoride content in soil. The content of soil water soluble fluoride was negative related with soil pH and positive to the soil organic materials.
