摘要: 对我国膳食纤维资源的利用现状和主要膳食纤维资源—麦麸膳食纤维的功能及制备进行简述,提出麦麸膳食纤维研究未来发展方向的建议。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the progressing of using situation of dietary fibre resources of our country and the function and preparation method of the wheat bran dietary fibre, in order to take a proposal about future development direction of the wheat bran dietary fibre.
