几种外源物质对毛豆产量、品质及其幼苗抗旱性的影响

摘要: 试验筛选几种外源物质对毛豆进行处理,测定其对毛豆产量、品质及在干旱胁迫下幼苗抗旱性的影响,结果表明:采用几种外源物质处理后,与对照相比可增加根系活力、抑制丙二醛增生、降低细胞膜透性和提高叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、相对含水含量、细胞保护酶的活性等,增强了毛豆幼苗对干旱逆境的抵抗能力,从叶面喷施几种外源物质对毛豆幼苗众多生理指标的影响进行综合分析可知,几种外源物质以油菜素内酯表现最好;在对早熟毛豆产量及品质的影响上,采用几种外源物质进行浸种、喷施处理后,以油菜素内酯处理为最好。

Abstract: Effects of several kinds of exogenous materials on the yield and quality of Maodou and resistance under Water stress were studied in the experiment. The results showed: increasing the root activity, the chlorophyll content, the proline content,relative water content and protective enzyme activity, suppressed MDA content, reduced the cell permeability compared with control after treated with these exogenous materials, and thus effectively enhanced the resistance of the seedling to the abnormal environment. From the comparison five kinds of exogenous materials treatments, BR treatments worked best under Water stress.BR treatments worked best on the yield and quality of Maodou.
