世界木薯生产对中国的启示

Enlightenment of World Cassava Production to China

摘要: 近年来,中国木薯生产一直困于成本高、效益低、鲜薯单产停滞不前、供不应求等问题,为促进中国木薯产业的健康发展,提升其国际竞争力,笔者分析了2004—2013年的世界木薯生产现状,与其他木薯种植大国相比,中国木薯的收获面积、鲜薯单产、总产量及鲜薯单产贡献率均存在较大差距,其中,中国鲜薯单产对总产量的贡献率为19.21%,仅为世界平均水平的31.13%。对此,提出我国需借鉴国外的成功经验,走一条“引进来”和“走出去”相结合的发展道路,加强木薯政策扶持、提升深加工水平、加强良种良法的研究推广及提高规模化和机械化程度。

Abstract: In recent years, China’s cassava production has been trapped in the problems of high cost, low efficiency, stagnant yield per unit area, demand exceeds supply and so on. In order to promote the healthy development of cassava industry in China and enhance its international competitiveness, the situations of cassava production from 2004 to 2013 in the world were analyzed. The results showed that there was a large gap between China and other cassava producing countries in the aspects of harvest area, fresh root yield (FRY), total yield and contribution rate of FRY. The contribution rate of FRY to production quantity was 19.21% in China, which was only 31.13% of the world average level. Thus, China needed to learn from foreign successful experiences, followed a road combining“bringing in”and“going global”, strengthen policy support, improve the level of deep processing, promote the cultivation of fine cultivars and good cultivating practices, and improve the level of production scale and mechanization.
