    Study on Spouted Bed With Cyclically Shifted Gas Stream

    • 摘要: 对周期变换气流式喷动床装置的干燥动力学进行了研究。实验中使用了两种物理特性差别较大的物料,甜菜种子和小麦种子。根据研究结果建立了降水率与干燥时间和气流温度之间的数学关系式。

       

      Abstract: The kinetics of batchwise drying was studied in a spouted bed apparatus with cyclically shifted gas stream. Two types of particulate materials with large different physical properties, beet and wheat seeds, were used in the experiments. Based on the experiment results, the formulae for reducing moisture content in dependence on drying time and air temperature were developed.
