中文摘要:为推动植物源雷公藤杀虫剂的开发及应用,参照国家环保总局和农业部农药检定所制定的《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》,对雷公藤生物碱在水体中的降解进行研究。结果显示,雷公藤生物碱在pH 9.0水体中的半衰期分别为5.18 d(50 ℃)和14.20 d(25 ℃),在河水中的半衰期分别为5.65 d(50 ℃)和20.03 d(25 ℃),在池塘水中的半衰期分别为5.19 d(50 ℃)和12.65 d(25 ℃),均属易水解。可见,雷公藤生物碱杀虫剂对水环境较为安全。 |

Degradation of Alkaloids from Tripterygium wilfordii in Water |

Abstract:In order to advance the development of botanical insecticide based on Tripterygiun wilfordii, the degradation of T.wilfordii alkaloids in water was conducted by following the “Experimental Guideline for Environmental Safety Evaluation of Chemical Pesticide”. The results showed that T.wilfordii alkaloids were easily degraded in pH 9.0 buffer solution,river water (pH 7.25 ) and pond water (pH 7.69). The half-lives of the alkaloids were 5.18 d (buffer solution of pH 9.0), 5.65 d (river water) and 5.19 d (pond water) at 50 ℃, and 14.20 d(buffer solution of pH 9.0), 20.03 d(river water) and 12.65 d (pond water) at 25 ℃, respectively. Thus, insecticides based on T.wilfordii alkaloids were safe to water environment. |
