挂面干燥控制系统设计

Design on Noodle Drying Control System

  • 摘要: 挂面干燥室的环境温度和相对湿度控制是影响挂面干燥质量的重要因素,也是挂面干燥控制系统的重要部分。介绍了基于PLC、智能仪表及多种协议的现场总线网络通讯的挂面干燥控制系统。实践表明,该挂面干燥控制系统运行稳定、可靠,操作灵活,功能齐全。

     

    Abstract: Environmental temperature and relative humidity control of noodle drying chamber is an important factor affecting quality of noodle drying,and an important part of noodle drying control system.Noodle drying control system which based on PLC,intelligent instruments fieldbus network communication with a variety of protocol was introduced.Practice showed that noodle drying control system had many advantages such as stable and reliable operation,flexible operation,and complete function.
