基于离散元法的甘薯起垄机旋耕刀抛土性能仿真试验

Simulation Experiment on Throwing Performance of Rotary Blade of Sweet Potato Ridger Based on Discrete Element Method

  • 摘要: 为了验证甘薯起垄机上IT260型旋耕刀的抛土性能,在EDEM离散元软件中进行了仿真试验,将仿真数据与理论数据进行对比。结果表明,在IT260型旋耕刀前行速度1.54 m/s、转速330 r/min、耕深0.12 m的工况下,平均抛土量153.37 kg,满足起垄所需的土壤量需求。建立的三维模型可为今后甘薯起垄机旋耕刀的研究设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to verify throwing soil performance of IT260 rotary blade of sweet potato ridger,simulation experiment was carried out in EDEM discrete element software,and simulation data was compared with theoretical data.Results showed that average throwing amount of soil was 153.37 kg when forward speed of IT260 rotary blade was 1.54 m/s,rotation speed was 330 r/min,and tillage depth was 0.12 m,which could meet soil requirement for ridging.The three-dimensional model established can provide a reference for research and design of rotary blade of sweet potato ridger in the future.
