    Energy-saving PID fuzzy controller with self-tuning parameters of hydraulic excavator

    • 摘要: 从节能角度出发,提出了一种新的液压挖掘机节能控制方法—参数自适应模糊PID控制系统:根据工况的变化,模糊控制系统实时计算出适合条件的控制参数输入PID控制中,从而实现最佳的实时控制。基于此方法进行了仿真和台架试验,结果证明本控制系统优于传统的PID控制方法。

       

      Abstract: From the point of view of saving energy, a new control system, a self-tuning PID fuzzy control system has been successfully developed. According to the changing of working status, the optimal real-time PID control is accomplished by using the appropriate parameters of the fuzzy control system. According to the simulink and the experimental results, it shows that the new system is better than the common PID control method.
