营养液更新频率和方式对基质槽培黄瓜生长和根区盐分累积的影响

摘要:
为研究封闭式无机基质循环槽培系统下营养液更新频率和供液方式对黄瓜生长、产量和品质等的影响,以期建立封闭式栽培模式下的黄瓜营养液管理模式,以‘京研118’黄瓜为试材,采用封闭式无机基质循环槽培供液系统,共设5个处理,对根区溶液盐分累积情况、水分利用效率和肥料偏生产力等进行综合分析。结果表明:随着营养液更新频率的降低,黄瓜的株高、茎粗、产量、维生素C质量分数、可溶性糖百分含量、可溶性固形物百分含量和可溶性蛋白质质量分数均降低。在整个生育期内,黄瓜根区溶液EC随生育期延长呈上升趋势,封闭式供液方式的离子比例失衡现象逐渐加剧,且随着营养液更新频率的降低,离子比例失衡越来越严重。综上,5 d更换1次营养液(T2)为封闭式无机基质循环槽培黄瓜适宜的营养液管理模式,既能保证黄瓜品质,也能保证较高的产量。

Effects of nutrient solution renewal frequency and modes on the growth and salt accumulation of cucumber substrate cultivation

Abstract:
To study the effects of nutrient solution renewal frequency and supply method on the growth, yield and quality of cucumber under closed inorganic substrate recirculating system to establish a nutrient solution management model for cucumber under closed cultivation mode. Using cucumber variety Jing Yan 118 as the experimental material and a closed inorganic substrate circulating tank culture solution supply system was used in this study. A total of 5 treatments were designed. The salt accumulation in root zone solution, water use efficiency and fertilizer partial productivity were comprehensively analyzed. The results showed that: As the nutrient solution replacement decreased, cucumber plant height, stem thickness, yield, the contents of vitamin C, soluble sugar, soluble solid and soluble protein all decreased. During the whole growth period, the EC value of cucumber root region increased with the extension of growth period. With the prolongation of growth period, the imbalance of ion ratio in closed liquid supply becomes more and more serious, and with the decrease of nutrient solution replacement frequency, the imbalance of ion ratio becomes more and more serious. In conclusion, the nutrient solution renewal frequency should be replaced every 5 days(T2), and it is a suitable nutrient solution management mode for closed trough cultivation of cucumbers, which can ensure both the quality of cucumber and higher yield。
