MET在稻体内的运转与分配及对后茬作物的生物效应

摘要:
水稻土施 MET 对后茬作物有明显的生物效应,苗期生长受影响最严重的作物是油菜,其次是小麦;水稻与紫云英受影响较小。用高效液相色谱法和生物鉴定法测定亩施50g MET 的秧苗和成熟植株各部分 MET 含量,结果表明,被吸收的 MET 主要累积在顶部器官,苗期在叶片,成熟期则在籽粒。但亩施20克 MET的成热植株各部分没有测出 MET;说明水稻体内可能有分解 MET 的能力。对移栽15d 后 MET 处理的水稻秧苗测定结果表明,被吸收的 MET 在水稻体能够向顶部进行再运转。

1.Rice,wheat,rape,milk vetch were planted in pot with the soil which was taken from the rice field of MET experiment.Vegetative growth of rape and wheat was significantly inhibited by remains of MET.The effects of carrying over the MET on the growth of rice seedling were small and no effects on milk vetch.Remains of MET deceased the wheat height,spikelet number of each ear arid 1000-grain weight,but increased the number of tilller and effective ears.Small amount of MET increased wheat yield,but decresaed th...
