Study on effect of growth,output and active principle of Scutellaria baicalensisGeorgi by different fertilizer treatments,in order to obtain optimum fertilization practice.Field experiments and NPK three factors and quadratic saturation Doptimal regression(310)were used,growth index of plant and flavones and baicalin content of root were determinated,and yield was calculated so as to obtain best fertilization amount.The results showed that it was benefit for plant height growth by using nitrogen independently.It was benefit for diameter and dry weight of root,and yield increased by using phosphorus.Root/shoot ratio and economic coefficient was improved by using phosphorus and potassium.It make for flavones and baicalin accumulate of root under phosphorus independently.Considering various factors,N1P3K3（N 53.13 kg/hm2，P2O5224.89 kg/hm2，K2O 224.89 kg/hm2）and N3P3K1（N 149.93 kg/hm2，P2O5224.89 kg/hm2，K2O 79.70 kg/hm2）were determined reasonable fertilization practice.
